New pho restaurant provides upscale atmosphere by Casey Holder, UTA Shorthorn

A chandelier-type fixture hangs in front of the counter where customers are greeted by a host adorned in black attire. The host leads the guests past the full bar to their granite top table. Wafting the smells of meats and vegetables simmering in the kitchen, the customers open their menus to see what’s for dinner.
